Service Description

A facial for your big day! Geared towards resurfacing, brightening & hydrating the skin; you’ll be left glowing, relaxed and ready to take on all your wedding events to come. Includes…First Cleanse, Skin Analysis, Face Mapping, Second Cleanse, Dermaplaning Treatment, Extractions (if needed), Arm Massage, Hand Massage, Scalp Massage, Hydrating base Face Masque, Egyptian Rose Hydrojelly Masque, Toner, Serums, Eye Treatment, Moisturizer & Sun Defence.

Cancellation Policy

Once your appointment is booked you have automatically agreed to C your skins 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment in less then 24 hours you will be charged for half of your initial service fee. Emergencies are exempt. If you choose to no show your appointment you will be charged your full service amount. Late Policy- if you are running late for your appointment please notify the spa right away. After 15+ minutes you will be charged an additional $15 on top of your service fees and appointment may have to be rescheduled. If you’re 15+ minutes late without notifying the spa you are considered a no show and will be charged your full service amount. Timelines are created in between clients to ensure proper changeover and following of cleaning guidelines/ regulations. If you are currently receiving other treatments like Laser, Botox, Filler etc. please inquire on service timelines before booking. If you are currently taking Accutane we highly encourage waiting 3-6 months post Accutane to start receiving skin treatments. If you are wanting to receive treatments before this timeline please talk to your Dermatologist/ Doctor before booking. When receiving any treatment/ service please avoid exfoliants, active ingredients and direct sunlight (including tanning beds) at least 5-7 days before your appointment. Using these types of products before your appointment can cause unwanted sensitivities to the skin during and post treatment. If you are currently pregnant or breastfeeding please inquire with the spa before booking as not all treatments/ services are pregnancy safe! If the spa is needing to reschedule or cancel your appointment(s) we will do so with as much notice as we can. 5% GST is applied to all product & service purchases. Gift card purchases are exempt. An additional 3% is applied at checkout to those who choose to pay with a credit card. The 3% additional fee is exempt to those who pay with cash or e-transfer. If you have purchased a product online or instore that didn't work for you C your skin offers product exchanges within 14 days of initial purchase. Full product & packaging must be present to exchange product. You will not be refunded for your exchange but instead given a instore credit to use towards another product. There is no refunds on treatment/ services received within the spa. There is parking available on the left had side of the driveway!
